Mas Domnik is shaping up nicely in Dominica with the crowning of its 2024 Calypso Monarch Dennison ‘Dice’ Joseph, making this the tenth time he has won the prestigious title.
Dice dethroned 2023’s monarch Trilla-G with his performance of “Wanted” and “Bring Money” at the Calypso Monarch final which was held at Windsor Park Sports Stadium Forecourt on Saturday night.
The Dominica Calypso Association issued congratulations to the now 10-time King Dice on winning the 2024 Calypso competition.
According to the results, Trilla-G was named first runner-up, Shanice was named second runner-up and third runner-up went to Joy.
Nine calypsonians competed at the event.
