St Kitts man charged with another murder

Legal troubles for St Kitts and Nevis resident Keith Godwin continue as he was charged in connection with another murder that was committed this year.

The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force said Godwin,36, was charged with the murder of Sylvester Crossley on December 21st at the Basseterre Police Station.

Crossley was purchasing food at Uncle T’s restaurant on Cayon Street when he was approached by a lone gunman who shot him multiple times and ran off.

In June, Godwin was charged in connection with the murder of former national footballer Alden ‘OJ’ Maynard.

Maynard,47, was shot in the head by a passenger in his vehicle as he was driving along the Bypass Road of the FT Williams Highway.
