Authorities in The Bahamas are currently probing the uncovering of human skeletal remains in East Grand Bahama.
The remains were found in a public cemetery located at Fox Hill.
Reports indicate that the authorities were alerted to the finding on Friday morning by individuals engaged in excavation work for a forthcoming burial.
The remains, partially concealed by fabric material, have been transferred to the Rand Lab for further examination by a pathologist.
