Firstly, we undertook routine maintenance on Generator No. 5b, which necessitated taking it offline temporarily. This maintenance is a vital part of our commitment to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our power supply.
During this period, we activated Generators 6 and 7 to maintain a steady power supply. Unfortunately, Generator No. 6, which has been experiencing an ongoing fault, encountered additional technical issues. This resulted in instability in the power generation process and led to the outages experienced.
We understand the importance of uninterrupted power and apologise for the inconvenience this situation caused. We are pleased to inform you that Generator No. 5b has been successfully restored to service, which should enhance the stability and reliability of our power grid.
