The Unveiling of the Third National Hero

The Montserrat Arts Council presents the ‘Unveiling of the 3rd National Hero’ – The Most Excellent Alphonsus ‘Arrow’ Cassell.

This is the third national portrait to be unveiled on the grounds of the Montserrat Secondary School. The first two were:
