Premier and the other leaders of the UK Overseas Territories discussed and reviewed a Joint UK-OT Declaration on future UK strategy in its relationship with the Overseas Territories. Premier Farrell made several interventions on all the agenda items.

Montserrat: Contract signed to rehabilitate Salem Community Centre under BNTF10
The Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) under the portfolio of the Office of the Premier signed a XCD$1.2 million dollar contract with Kitchen Doc LLC to rehabilitate the old Salem Primary School into a Community Centre.
Contract signed for Montserrat short-term passenger ferry service
This ferry service will be for a period of five (5) months until March 31, 2024. The service will operate for five (5) days per week during the off-peak period and operate a 6-day schedule during peak periods in December 2023 and March 2024.
