The weekly hour-long show made its debut on May 5, 2020 and shines a spotlight on the youth, entrepreneurs and creatives, as well as panel discussions about trending celebrity news and hot topics.

4D started out of the desire to explore Virtual Reality development with the diverse skill sets of their founding members. They started with their flagship project, The Plymouth Recreation Project, which was very well received.

On this episode of Tech Tuesdays we are shining a spotlight on the Montserratian tech entrepreneur Kemuel Cabey and his new mobile application.

Kemuel is a founding member of the popular Montserratian Graphics, Photography and Videography brand Hypnotiks, but also a successful businessman. His New Jersey-based Managed Service Provider start-up, Coral Vision Tech was recently acquired by one of the top 20 Most Promising Cybersecurity Solution Providers of 2019 (CIO Review), Tekscape Inc. in a unified effort to break into the virtualization market.

During the interview we discussed his latest entrepreneurial endeavour, a mobile app affectionately named Manciport. The app will be a food ordering service where persons can order with ease from their computer or mobile phone. It will give you an opportunity to view the menus and hopefully make it easier when ordering. Users can order using their Visa/Mastercard(more to come) and Cash, but the app will focus heavily on digital transactions.

Colourism is the prejudice or discrimination against individuals with a darker skin tone amongst people of the same ethnic or racial group or another ethnic or racial group.

We discussed the following:

– What is colourism?

– The issues surrounding colourism including (but not limited to): skin colour and the colour spectrum; the glorification of anyone who is light skinned or has Eurocentric features; slavery/colonialism (house slave vs field slave); the growing skin bleaching trend in the Caribbean; hair texture; mixed race or bi- racial people, being pro-black.

To date Stedroy has featured in multiple films including the short UK Comedy “Man Dem”, TV and print commercials and he also likes to exercise his acting chops by doing theatre.

In 2017 he featured in 1768, a play by Chad Cumberbatch (Silk Cotton Theatre Company), which tells the story of the slave rebellion which took place in Montserrat on March 17, 1768. The story was told through the eyes of Guinness, played by Stedroy.

For the second episode of the show our host and founder, Vernaire Bass sat down with the award winning film, television and stage actress Dionne Audain (@iamdionneaudain).

Her feature film credits include appearances in Joel Schumacher’s ‘Twelve,’ and Phillip Noyce’s ‘Salt,’ along with indie films such as the Cannes Cinefondation official selection ‘I Am My Own Mother,’ and the 58th Venice Biennale exhibit, ‘Doppelganger,’ which landed on the New York Times Arts Section front page. She also won the Bare Bones Int’l Film & Music Festival’s Grand Jury Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the feature film Dinner with the Alchemist.

On stage, Ms. Audain performed in 26 states as part of the Kennedy Center’s national tour of the children’s musical Alice, written by Whoopi Goldberg, adapted for the stage by Kim Himes and directed by Shirley Jo Finney. The New York Times touted Audain as having “a nice, natural air” for her performance in the Off-Broadway show Ten; and she earned notice for portraying a military wife in the Vietnam era drama Silent Heroes. She also appeared in SWAT at the end of last year.
